About Me

A lot of people ask where the “Farmboy” moniker comes from. While I do wear a John Deere hat now and again, I didn’t grow up on a farm. I’ve never “slopped the hogs” and I’m not comfortable behind the wheel of a combine. “Farmboy” is just a nickname I picked up for my hard working, honest and down-to-earth approach to the creative process, which I think is the secret to doing great work and having strong client relationships.

As an early enthusiast in the digital movement, I have more than 18 years of interactive experience. I discovered my passion for interactive soon after getting my start as an art director for Best Buy. I went on to work at top Minneapolis agencies Carmichael Lynch, Campbell Mithun’s “Digital CafĂ©”, Periscope and Olson, leading work for blue-chip clients ranging from American Standard to Target.

Some of the brands I’ve had the honor of working with.

I’m excited for the chance to create beautiful work for your company. Whether you need a full scale website, banners, interactive strategy, social media ideas or just someone to talk to about where your online brand is going, I’ll help you produce a tasty organic brand. Small budgets are welcomed.
